ISPNO 2018 Family Day Travel Scholarship

Dear Friends in the Pediatric Brain Tumor Community,
On behalf of the ISPNO International Board, the Local Organizing Committee and the Family Day Planning Committee, it is with great pleasure we announce ISPNO Denver will be offering Travel Scholarships to those families who would like to attend the ISPNO Family Day session on June 29th 2018 in Denver Colorado, USA.
These scholarships which are intended to enable families of need from across the country and around the world to attend this special day of learning, community and support. The scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first-served basis.
A total of (45) forty-five travel scholarships will be awarded. Families will be awarded (1) or (2) $250.00 USD stipends, based on family situation. Scholarship payments will be distributed at check in at Family Day Registration.
Recipients will be notified via email.
Qualifications
- Travel scholarships are open to families of children fighting or who have fought brain tumors or neurofibromatosis

- Complete the form with your contact information.
- Submit a 300-word (max) statement about what you hope to learn or find during your Family Day experience.
- Submit the application and statement to Joan Slaughter by Friday, June 15th.
